After graduating from Seattle University School of Law, Ms. Rich served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elaine M. Houghton of the Court of Appeals of the State of Washington, Division II.
After earning her Master of Business Administration degree, Ms. Rich served as a project manager, a director of international projects, and operations auditor with a telecommunications company, a Russian university, and a lending institution, respectively.
In her business career, she was entrusted with responsibility for $20 million in client funds, negotiated numerous commercial agreements with major corporate clients, resolved business disputes, and successfully contributed to business development efforts.
Ms. Rich's business acumen allows her to effectively coordinate with a demanding corporate clientele and provide counsel on a diverse range of complex business legal challenges.
She gives legal application to her business background and contributes her energy to a practice of law in the areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, and Immigration Law. She provides these services to the clients in the U.S., as well as in Russia.
Born and raised outside the United States, Ms. Rich understands and relates to the immigration-related needs and concerns of her clients and provides them with high-quality legal service.
A native of Vladivostok, Russia, Ms. Rich is fluent in Russian.
